West Hall was built as a boy's dormitory in 1895 and changed
to a faculty residence in 1898. In 1918-1919 the College Bulletin (catalog) says, "West Hall is now
occupied by the Agricultural Department, the School Physician's office, the family of the
Superintendent of Mechanical Industries, and a dormitory on the second floor." In 1974-1976 the
Bulletin describes it as "a residence hall for male instructors with three family apartments." It
was demolished in 1980.
