FAQs
How do I access the databases from off-campus?
Not all databases are available from off-campus. For those that are available, a box with an off campus link is provided under the database name on the right. After selecting the link, you are sent to a campus proxy server where you enter the same email-name (everything before the @) and password that you use for "mystate" and "campus email".
Why did you change everything?
To match the way you access other campus information, with the same login method. The change started Spring 2015 semester. On February 15, 2018 the campus changed to a new proxy server with updated software.
What if the article I want is not full-text?
If you have found an article that you want, but the database you are using does not have it available
in full text, you can check to see if it is available in another database or if the library has it in another format
(print, microform, e-journal, etc): From the library pages top menu bar, under the Research Tools drop down,
select Journals By Title, when the new page comes up click on the icon for .
If the magazine/journal title is not listed there, you can place an interlibrary loan
using the Periodical form and we will borrow the article from another library.
