A report prepared for the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools Focused Visit, February 9 - 11, 2003, has been put on Reserve at the Circulation Desk by Dr. Cooper. The 3 volume report is entitled West Virginia State College Institutional Change Request To Offer Programs at the Master's Degree Level: Masters of Science/Arts in Biotechnology and Master of Arts in Media Studies. Volume I deals with Evaluating Institutional Change, Volume II includes Biotechnology Appendices, and Volume III includes Media Studies Appendices.
